The legal description of the structure: <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from headwaters in the vicinity <br />of lat. 39 deg. 28'14"N, long. 105 deg. 50'33"W as the <br />upstream terminus and extending to the confluence with the <br />North Fork South Platte River at lat. 39 deg. 28'32"N, <br />long. 105 deg. 46'13"W as the downstream terminus being a <br />distance of approximately 5.5 miles. This segment can be <br />located on the Jefferson D.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />For administrative purposes only, the Division Engineer has <br />translated these legal descriptions of the stream termini into <br />approximate protracted section, township, and range location from <br />D.S.G.S. mapping as follows: Upstream terminus in the NW/4 sec. <br />1 T7S R76W 6th P.M.; downstream terminus in the SE/4 of SW/4 sec. <br />34 T6S R75W 6th P.M. <br /> <br />3. The source of water: <br /> <br />Beaver Creek <br /> <br />4. The date of appropriation: <br />January 6, 1984 <br /> <br />5. The amount of water claimed: <br /> <br />].0 c.f.s. absolute <br /> <br />6.
