The above entitled application was filed on May 9, 19801 and

12th day of June, 1980, in accordance with Article 92 of Chapter 37,

Colorado Revised Statutes 1973, known as The Water Right Determination

flow claimed: the natural stream channel from its confluence with
Reck Creek and East Fork Crystal River at Lat. 39001'26" N.;
Lcng. 107003'06rt W. as the upstream terminus, and its confluence "lith
North Fork Crystal River at L~t. 39003"32" N.; Long. 107006'13" W.
as the downstream terminus.
