Description of beginning and end points of minimum stream <br />flow claimed: the natural stream channel from its confluence with <br />Reck Creek and East Fork Crystal River at Lat. 39001'26" N.; <br />Lcng. 107003'06rt W. as the upstream terminus, and its confluence "lith <br />North Fork Crystal River at L~t. 39003"32" N.; Long. 107006'13" W. <br />as the downstream terminus. <br /> <br />6.
