The legal description of the structure: <br /> <br />The natural stream channel of Trout Creek from the <br />headwaters at Lat 39020128" N and Long 105059'40" West <br />in an unsurveyed area but appears to be in E~, Section 21, <br />Township 8 South, Range 77 West of the 6th P.M., Park <br />County, to a point where it crosses highway 285 in the <br />SW~SE~, Section 7, Township 9 South, Range 76 West of <br />the 6th P.M,. at a point approximately 750 feet North <br />and 1550 feet West of the SE Corner, Section 21. A <br />distance of approximately 6.8 miles. <br /> <br />4. The source of water: <br /> <br />Trout Creek <br />
