Legal description of beginning and end points of mini-
mum stream flow claimed: The natural stream channel
from headwaters in vicinity of lat 40 deg 10103" N
long 106 deg 40'07" W as the upstream terminus and con-
fluence Morrison Creek in sec 17, T2N, R83W, 6th PM
as the downstream terminus, being a distance of approx-
imately 4 miles. This segment can be located on the
Gore Pass U.S.G.S. quadrangle.
