That the Water Clerk caused publication of such filing <br />as provided by statute; that the time for filing Statements of <br />Opposition expired on the last day of November, 1982, and that <br />such a statement was filed on November 29, 1982, by the Upper <br /> <br />Arkansas Water Conservancy District. <br /> <br />3. That the said Application concerns a claim on Greenleaf <br />Creek located Southeast of Westcliffe in Custer County, Colorado. <br />
