COME NOW the United States of America, by its attol.neys,

and the Applicant, Colorado'Water Conservation Board, by and

through.its attorneys, and hereby stipulate and agree as follows:

1. The inclu~ion of the following provisions in the

Refereel s ruling and decree of Court entered thereon will prote'ct

the interests of the United States of America:
