The legal description of the structure: <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from the confluence <br />with an unnamed tributary at lat. 39 deg. 42'24"N long. 105 deg. <br />32'40"W as the upstream terminus and extending to the confluence <br />with Clear Creek at lat. 39 deg. 44'34"N long. 105 deg. 30'39"W <br />as the downstream terminus being a distance of approximately 3.2 <br />miles. This segment can be located on the Idaho Springs U.S.G.S. <br />quadrangle. <br /> <br />This is in an unsurveyed area. For administrative <br />purposes, the approximate legal description from U.S.G.S. mapping <br />is as follows: upstream terminus in the NE1/4, Section 15, <br />Township 4 South, Range 73 West, 6th P.M.; downstream terminus in <br />the SW1/4, Section 36, Township 3 South, Range 73 West, 6th P.M., <br />Clear Creek County. <br /> <br />4. The source of the water: <br /> <br />Soda Creek, tributary to Clear Creek <br /> <br />5. The date of appropriation: <br /> <br />December II, 1987 <br /> <br />6. The amount of water: <br /> <br />Instream flow of 1.0 cfs absolute <br /> <br />7. The use of the water: <br /> <br />To maintain such minimum flows as are required to <br />preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree pursuant <br />to sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S. (1973 & 1987 Supp.). No <br />diversion of the water right herein will he made from the natural <br />stream channel. <br />
