Remark~: Thi~ appropriation i~ made pur~uant to the <br />provi~ion~ of C.R.S. 1973, 37-92-102(3) and 37-92-103(3)(4) <br />and (10) a~ amended. The purpo~e of thi~ appropriation <br />by the State of Colorado i~ to in~~re the pre~ervation <br />of a minimum ~tream flow to protect the natural envi- <br />ronment to a rea~onable degree.
