CO 80203 <br /> <br />~~Is~_~l~~I <br /> <br />Name of natural stream: lake Fork Gunnison River <br /> <br />~Q~~tiQ~: legal descriptio, of beginning and end poin~s of <br />minimum stream flow claimed: The natural stream channel from the <br />confluence with Henson Creek in NE/4 NE/4 S34, T44N, R4W. <br />N.M.P.M. as the upstream terminus and the confluence with Blue <br />Mesa Reservoir at lat. 38 deg. 23'04"N, long. 107 deg. 14'35"W as <br />the downstream terminus being a distance of approximately 30.3 <br />miles. This segment can be located on the lake City. Gateview. <br />Alpine Plateau, Poison Draw and Carpenter Ridge U.S.G.S. <br />quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />~~L~~i!r_Q~t~: MarCh 17, 1980 provided, hOwever, that this <br />right shall be Junior to all priorities awarded in cases filed <br />prior to 1980, and otherwise Junior as provided in section <br />37-92-306. C.R.S. (1973). <br /> <br />~~~~~!_~f_~~!g~: Flow in c.f.s.: 45.0 c.f.s. (Summer - May <br />1 through Sep 30); 25.0 c.f.s. (Winter - Oct 1 through Apr 30) <br /> <br />~~~_~~_~~!~r: To maintain such minimum flows as are <br />required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree pursuant to sections 37-92-102 and 103, (.R.S.
