The use of the water: <br /> <br />This appropriation is made pursuant to C.R.S. 1973, <br />37-92-102(3) and 37-92-103(3) and (4). The purpose <br />of this appropriation by the State of Colorado is to <br />insure the preservation of a minimum stream level to <br />protect the natural environment to a reasonable degree. <br /> <br />8. The Applicant, by Stipulation, does not acknowledge at this <br />time any rights to water by the United States of America, but in the <br />future if the United States of America shall seek appropriate judicial <br />determination of any claimed water rights in the watershed involved <br />herein, the Applicant stipulates and agrees that its right shall be <br />subject to any adjudicated senior right of the United States of America. <br /> <br />9. The priority herein awarded said Lynch Creek was filed in <br />the Water Court in the year of 1979 and shall De adm1nistered as having <br />been filed in that year~ and shall be junior to all priorities filed in <br />previous years.
