This segment can be located on the New York Peak and <br />Italian Creek U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />Administration: For the stream segments(s) in an unsur- <br />veyed area, the division engineer has determined for administra- <br />tive purposes that the approximate legal description of the <br />instream flow termini as protracted from U.S.F.S. Planimetric <br />(1:31,680) mapping is as follows: Upstream terminus in NW/4 SW/4 <br />SW/4 S33 TllS R83W, 6th P.M. approximately 500 ft. east of west <br />line; 685 ft. north of south line; downstream terminus in SE/4 <br />NE/4 S34 T12S R83W, 6th P.M. approximately 1280 ft. west of east <br />line; 2650 ft. north of south line. <br /> <br />Priority date: May 4, <br />right shall be junior to all <br />prior to 1984, and otherwise <br />37-92-306, C.R.S. (1973). <br /> <br />1984 provided, however, that this <br />priorities awarded in cases filed <br />junior as provided in section <br /> <br />Flow amount claimed: <br /> <br />2.0 c.f.s. absolute <br /> <br />Use of water: To maintain such minimum flows as aIe <br />required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree pursuant to sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S.
