The legal description of the structure: <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from the outlet of Green Moun- <br />tain Reservoir in the SW/4 NE/4 sec. 15 T2S R80W 6th P.M. <br />as the upstream terminus and extending to the confluence <br />with the Colorado River in the NW/4 NE/4 sec. 19 TIN R80W <br />6th P.M. as the downstream terminus, being a distance of <br />approximately 15.4 miles. This segment can be located on <br />the King Creek, Sheephorn Mountain and Kremmling U.S.G.S. <br />quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />3. The source of water: <br /> <br />The Blue River <br /> <br />4. The date of appropriation: <br /> <br />October 2, 1987 <br /> <br />5. The amount of water claimed: <br /> <br />Instream flow of 60 c.f.s. (May I-July 15); 85 c.f.s. (July <br />16-Apri130). <br /> <br />6. The use of the water: <br /> <br />To maintain such minimum flows as are required to preserve <br />the natural environment to a reasonable degree pursuant to <br />sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S. (1973 & 1987 Supp.).
