Name of Structure: <br /> <br />Rio De Los Pinos, a natural stream. <br /> <br />2. Location: <br /> <br />Legal description of the stream segment through <br />which an instream flow is claimed: The natural <br />stream channel from the outlet of Trujillo <br />Meadows Reservoir at latitude 37 degrees <br />02'56"N, longitude 106 degrees 26'49"W as the <br />upstream terminus and extending to the Colorado- <br />New Mexico stateline at latitude 37 degrees <br />59'38"N, longitude 107 degrees 19'38"W as the <br />downstream terminus, being a distance of anproxi- <br />mately 11.1 miles. This segment can be located. <br />on the eumbres, Osler, Brazos Peak (15') U.S.G.S. <br />quadrangle (s) . <br /> <br />3. Date of initiation of appropriation: <br /> <br />October 7, 1982. <br /> <br />4. Date water applied to beneficial use: <br /> <br />Water was first applied to beneficial use on <br />October 7, 1982 pursuant to e.R.S, 1973, 37- <br />92-103(4), by approval of the staff's final <br />recommendations by the Colorado Water Conser- <br />vation Board, at its regular meeting subsequent <br />to requesting and considering recommendations . <br />from the Division of wildlife and Division of . <br />Parks and Outdoor Recreation, among other things. <br /> <br />5. Amount of water claimed: <br /> <br />Flow in c. f. S.: 19.0 c. f. s during the summer <br />months of May 1 through September 30 and 5.0 <br />c.f.s. during the winter months of October l <br />through April 30. <br /> <br />6.
