IT IS THEREFORE RULED AND ORDERED, that the
application of the Colorado Water Conservation Board whose
address is 1313 Sherman Street, Suite 721; Denver, eolorado
80203, be granted the following described water right.

1. Name of Structure:

Rio De Los Pinos, a natural stream.

2. Location:

Legal description of the stream segment through
which an instream flow is claimed: The natural
stream channel from the outlet of Trujillo
Meadows Reservoir at latitude 37 degrees
02'56"N, longitude 106 degrees 26'49"W as the
upstream terminus and extending to the Colorado-
New Mexico stateline at latitude 37 degrees
59'38"N, longitude 107 degrees 19'38"W as the
downstream terminus, being a distance of anproxi-
mately 11.1 miles. This segment can be located.
on the eumbres, Osler, Brazos Peak (15') U.S.G.S.
quadrangle (s) .

3. Date of initiation of appropriation:

October 7, 1982.

4. Date water applied to beneficial use:

Water was first applied to beneficial use on
October 7, 1982 pursuant to e.R.S, 1973, 37-
92-103(4), by approval of the staff's final
recommendations by the Colorado Water Conser-
vation Board, at its regular meeting subsequent
to requesting and considering recommendations .
from the Division of wildlife and Division of .
Parks and Outdoor Recreation, among other things.

5. Amount of water claimed:

Flow in c. f. S.: 19.0 c. f. s during the summer
months of May 1 through September 30 and 5.0
c.f.s. during the winter months of October l
through April 30.

This appropriation is made pursuant to the
