This <br />segment can be located on the Mt. Wilson, Gray Head U.S.G.S. <br />quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />Administration: For the stream segments(s) in an unsur- <br />veyed area, the division engineer has determined for administra- <br />tive purposes that the approximate legal description of the <br />instream flow termini as protracted from U.S.F.S. planimetric <br />(1:31,680) mapping is as follows: Upstream terminus in the NW/4 <br />NW/4 NE/4 S32 T42N R9W NMPM approximately 2090 ft. West of East <br />Line; 40 ft. South of North Line; downstream terminus in the SE/4 <br />NW/4 SE/4 S31 T43N R9W NMPM approximately 1640 ft. West of East <br />Line; 1580 ft. North of South Line. <br /> <br />Priority date: July 13, 1984 provided, however, that this <br />right shall be junior to all priorities awarded in cases filed <br />prior to 1984, and otherwise junior as provided in section <br />37-92-306, e.R.S.
