CO 80203 <br /> <br />~~!s~_~l~~! <br /> <br />Name of natural stream: <br /> <br />South Fork Rio Grande <br /> <br />~QS~~!Q~: Legal description of beginning and end points of <br />minimum stream flow claimed: The natural stream channel from the <br />confluence with Park Creek at lat. 37 deg. 3S'31"N. long. lOb <br />deg. 4J'39"W as the upstream terminus and the confluence with <br />Beaver Creek in the SW/4 SE/4 S17 T39N R3E N.M.P.M. as the down- <br />stream terminus being a distance of approKimately 3.9 miles. <br />This segment can be located on the Beaver Creek Reservoir <br />U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />~Li~Lit~_2~~~: August lb. 1982 provided, however, that <br />this right shall be junior to all priorities awarded in cases <br />filed prior to 1984. and otherwise Junior as provided in section <br />37-92-30b. C.R.S. (1973). <br /> <br />Flow amount claimed: 45.0 c.f.s. - summer (May 1 through <br />september-30);-ZO;O-c;r;s. - winter (October 1 through April 30) <br /> <br />~~~_~~_~~~~L: To maintain such minimum flows as are <br />required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree pursuant to sections 37-92-102 and 103. C.R.S. (1984 Cum. <br />Supp.). No diversion of the water right h2rein will be made from <br />the natural stream channel. <br /> <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the applicant shall install and <br />maintain such water measurement devices. recording devices. con- <br />tent gauges and inlet and outlet measurement and recording <br />devices. as the case may be. as are deemed essential by the <br />Office of the State Engineer. and the same shall be installed and <br />operated in accordance with instructions from said office. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
