OS'40"N, long. 106 <br />deg. 27'33"W as the upstream terminus and the confluence with Elk <br />Creek at lat. 37 deg. 07'12"N, long. 106 deg. 22'38"W as the <br />downstream terminus being a distance of approximately 7.2 miles. <br />This segment can be located on the Cumbres and Osier U.S.G.S. <br />quadrangle(s) . <br /> <br />priority date: October 7, 1982 provided, however, that <br />this right shall be junior to all priorities awarded in cases <br />filed prior to 1982and otherwise junior as provided in section <br />37-92-306, C.R.S. (1973). <br /> <br />Flow amount claimed: <br /> <br />3.0 c.f.s. absolute <br /> <br />Use of water: To maintain such minimum flows as are <br />required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree pursuant to sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S. (1984 <br />Supp.).
