OS'40"N, long. 106 <br />deg. 27'33"W as the upstream terminus and the confluence with Elk <br />Creek at lat. 37 deg. 07'12"N, long. 106 deg. 22'38"W as the <br />downstream terminus being a distance of approximately 7.2 miles. <br />This segment can be located on the Cumbres and Osier U.S.G.S. <br />quadrangle(s) . <br /> <br />priority date: October 7, 1982 provided, however, that <br />this right shall be junior to all priorities awarded in cases <br />filed prior to 1982and otherwise junior as provided in section <br />37-92-306, C.R.S. (1973). <br /> <br />Flow amount claimed: <br /> <br />3.0 c.f.s. absolute <br /> <br />Use of water: To maintain such minimum flows as are <br />required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree pursuant to sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S. (1984 <br />Supp.). No diversion of the water right herein will be made from <br />the natural stream channel. <br /> <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the applicant shall install and <br />maintain such water measurement devices, recording devices, con- <br />tent gauges and inlet and outlet measurement and recording <br />devices, as the case may be, as are deemed essential by the <br />Office of the State Engineer, and the same shall be installed and <br />operated in accordance with instructions from said office. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
