CONCERNING THE APPLIeATION FOR WATER RIGHTS OF THE COLORADO WATER
CONSERVATION BOARD ON BEHALF OF THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF
COLORADO

IN THE CONEJOS RIVER, A NATURAL STREAM
IN THE WATERSHED OF THE RIO GRANDE

IN eONEJOS eOUNTY

THIS MATTER, having come on before the court on the appli-
cation of the eolorado Water eonservation Board and the court
being fully advised as to the matter of the application herein,
hereby makes the following findings:

The application herein was filed with the water clerk,
Water Division 3 on December 31, 1984. All notices required by
law for the filing of this application have been fulfilled, and
the court has jurisdiction over the application.

Statements of opposition were timely filed by the Conejos
Water Conservancy District and Ernest Moeller. Said opposition
is withdrawn subject to the terms and conditions contained in the
Stipulation and Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.

All matters contained in the application have been reviewed
and testimony taken where such testimony is necessary and the
court finds that the statements contained in the application are
true and that applicant is entitled to the water right requested
in the application.
