have been fulfilled, and the Referee has jurisdiction of this application.

A statement of opposition was filed by the U.S.A. and the time

for filing additional statements has expired.
All matters contained in the application having been reviewed,

and testimony having been taken where such testimony is necessa~y, and

such corrections made as are indicated by the evidence presented herein,

The natural stream channel from headwaters in vicinity
of Latitude 40030'37" North, LongitUde 105050'20" West,
this area is .unsurveyed but it appears to be in the
SW~, Section 5, Township 6 North, Range 75 West of the
6th P.M., Larimer County, as the upstream terminus and
Section 1, TownShip 6 North, Range 75 West of the 6th
P.M" approximately 1500 feet South and 3300 feet East
of the NW Corner, Section 1, as the downstream terminus
a distance of approximately 5 ~iles.
