The legal description of the structure: <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from the confluence with Rock <br />Creek in the NW/4 NE/4 sec. 9 T4S R78W 6th P.M. as the <br />upstream terminus and extending to the confluence with <br />Boulder Creek in the NE/4 NW/4 sec. 4 T4S R78W 6th P.M. as <br />the downstream terminus, being a distance of approximately <br />1.6 miles. This segment can be located on the Willow Lakes <br />U.S.G.S. quadrangle. <br /> <br />3. The source of water: <br /> <br />The Blue River <br /> <br />4. The date of appropriation: <br />October 2, 1987 <br /> <br />5. The amount of water claimed: <br /> <br />Instream flow of 115 c.f.s. (May I-August 31); 90 c.f.s. <br />(September I-September 30); 78 c.f.s. (October I-October <br />31); 67 c.f.s. (November I-March 31); 90 c.f.s. (April <br />I-April 30). <br /> <br />6. The use of the water: <br /> <br />To maintain such minimum flows as are required to preserve <br />the natural environment to a reasonable degree pursuant to <br />sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S. (1973 & 1987 Supp.). No <br />diversion of the water ,right herein will be made from the <br />natural stream channel. <br /> <br />7. The applicant shall install and maintain suchmeasur- <br />ing devices and maintain such records as the Division Engineer <br />may require for administration of this right. <br /> <br />8. The priority herein awarded, said Blue River instream <br />flow, was filed in the water court in the year of 1987 and shall <br />be administered as having been filed in that year, except as pro- <br /> <br />-2- <br />
