Legal description of the stream segment through which an instream flow is <br />claimed: The natural stream channel from the confluence of First Anvil Creek at <br />latitude 390 33' 20"N and longitude 107058' 45"W, (SE NE SEC 3, T6S, R95W, <br />6th P.M.)(l150 feet west of the east section line of Section 3 and 2800 feet south <br />of the north section line of Section 3) as the upstream terminus and extending to <br />the confluence of Bull Gulch at latitude 390 33' 48"N and longitude 108000' 51 "W, <br />(SE SE S35, T5S, R95W, 6th P.M.)(625 feet west of the east section line Section <br />35 and 40 feet north of south section line Section 35) as the downstream terminus, <br />being a distance of approximately 2.1 miles. This segment can be located on the <br />Anvil Points and Forked Gulch U.S.G.S. quadrangles. <br /> <br />5.
