claimed: The natural stream channel from the confluence of First Anvil Creek at
latitude 390 33' 20"N and longitude 107058' 45"W, (SE NE SEC 3, T6S, R95W,
6th P.M.)(l150 feet west of the east section line of Section 3 and 2800 feet south
of the north section line of Section 3) as the upstream terminus and extending to
the confluence of Bull Gulch at latitude 390 33' 48"N and longitude 108000' 51 "W,
(SE SE S35, T5S, R95W, 6th P.M.)(625 feet west of the east section line Section
35 and 40 feet north of south section line Section 35) as the downstream terminus,
being a distance of approximately 2.1 miles. This segment can be located on the
Anvil Points and Forked Gulch U.S.G.S. quadrangles.

Instream flow to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree.

6. Date of initiation of appropriation:

January 26, 2000.

7. The water was first applied to the above beneficial use on January 26, 2000, by
action of the Colorado Water Conservation Board under the provision ofC.R.S. SS 37-92-102(3),
37-92-103(3), (4), (10).

8. Amount of water claimed (ABSOLUTE): Instream flow of 5.0 c.f.s. (April 15 -
June 30); 2.0 c.f.s. (July I - August 31); 0.8 c.f.s. (September I - March 14); and 1.3 c.f.s.
(March 15 -April 14).
