The natural stream channel from the headwaters of Oil Creek at latitude 380 <br />50' 17" N and longitude 1050 05' 59" Was the upstream terminus and extending <br />to the confluence of Fourmile Creek at latitude 380 50' 22" N and longitude 1050 <br />10' 29" W as the downstream terminus, being a distance of approximately 5,5 <br />miles. This segment can be located on the Pikes Peak and Cripple Creek North <br />U.S.G.S. quadrangles. <br /> <br />b. Administration: For the .stream segments in an unsurveyed area, the <br />Division Engineer has determined for administrative purposes that the approximate <br />legal description of the instream flow termini as protracted from U.S.G.S. and/or <br />U.S.F.S. mapping is as follows: upstream terminus in the SEY. SWy. of Section 10, <br />T14S, R69W, 6tl1 P.M.; and downstream terminus 750 feet from the north section <br />line and 1,750 feet from the V{est section line, in the NEY. NWY. of Section 13, <br />T14S, R70W, 6th P.M. <br /> <br />5. Use of the water: <br /> <br />Instream flow to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree. <br /> <br />6, Date of initiation of appropriation: <br /> <br />January 26, 2000. <br /> <br />7. The water was first applied to the above beneficial use on January 26, 2000, by <br />action of the Colorado Water Conservation Board under the provision of C,R.S.
