2. The legal description of the structure:

The natural stream channel from the confluence with Dale
Creek in the SW/4 NE/4 Sec. 29 TIIN R71W 6th P.M. as the
upstream terminus and extending to the confluence with
Halligan Reservoir in the SE/4 SE/4 Sec. 29 TIIN R71W 6th
P.M. as the downstream terminus 'being a distance of
approximately 1.8 miles. This segment can be located on
the Virginia Dale U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s).

4. The date of appropriation:
November 8, 1985

5. The amount of water claimed:

20.0 c.f.s. absolute

6. The use of the water:

To maintain such minimum flows as are required to preserve
the natural environment to a reasonable degree pursuant to
sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S. (1973 & 1986 Supp.). No
diversion of the water right herein will be made from the
natural stream channel.

8. The priority herein awarded said North Fork Cache La
Poudre River (instream flow) was filed in the water court in the
year of 1985 and shall be administered as having been filed in

year, priorities shall be determined by historical dates of
appropriation and not affected by the date of entry of ruling.
