<br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />',," <br /> <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND DECREED: <br /> <br />Name and address of claimant: <br /> <br />The Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 721 <br />Denver, CO 60203 <br /> <br />WATER RIGHT <br /> <br />Name of natural stream: Taylor River <br /> <br />Location: Legal description of beginning and end points of <br />minimum stream flow claimed: The natural stream channel from the <br />gage below Taylor Park Reservoir at lat. 36 deg. 49'05"W, long. <br />106 deg. 36'30"W as the upstream terminus and extending to the <br />confluence with Spring Creek in the NW/4, NW/4, sec. 27, T15S, <br />R64W, 6th P.M. as the downstream terminus being a distance of <br />approximately 13.1 miles. This segment can be located on the <br />Almont, Crystal Creek, Matchless Mountain, and Taylor Park Reser- <br />voir U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />Administration: For the stream segments(s) in an unsur- <br />veyed area, the division engineer has determined for administra- <br />tive purposes that the approximate legal description of the in- <br />stream flow termini as protracted from U.S.G.S. mapping is as <br />follows: upstream terminus in the NE/4, NW/4, SE/4, sec. 24, <br />T14S, R63W, 6th P.M. <br /> <br />Priority date: October 2, 1967, provided, however, that <br />this right shall be junior to all priorities awarded in cases <br />filed prior to October 2, 1967, and otherwise junior as provided <br />in section 37-92-306, C.R.S. (1973). <br /> <br />Amount of water: Instream flow of 100.0 c.f.s. (May 1 <br />through September 30); 50.0 c.f.s. (October 1 through April 30). <br /> <br />Use of water: To maintain such minimum flows as are <br />required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree pursuant to sections 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S. (1973 & <br />1967 Supp.). <br /> <br />-2- <br />
