Robbins, First Assistant Attorney General, <br /> <br />for the Applicant; Duane B.. Helton, P..E., for the Applicanti and <br /> <br />Charles J. Beise, Attorney at Law, for the Objector. <br /> <br />6, That at th~ close of said hearing it was agreed by the <br /> <br />attorneys present to file a stipulation concerning certain <br /> <br />wording to be inserted into any decree which might .be awarded <br /> <br />heretn. <br /> <br />7.
