C.R.S. (1973). <br /> <br />Flow amount claimed: 10.0 c.f.s. - summer (May 1 through <br />Septemb~r-301;-5:o-c:f:S: - winter (October 1 through April 30) <br /> <br />Use of water: To maintain such minimum flows as are <br />required-to-pres~rve the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree pursuant to sections 37-92-102 and 103. C.R.S. (1984 Cum. <br />Supp.).
