THE COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD ON BEHALF OF THE PEOPLE
OF THE STATE OF COLORADO

IN MINERAL COUNTY

THIS MATTER came to the attention of the Court on this day
pursuant to the discovery of a clerical error on the Referee's
Report and Ruling entered herein on August 30, 1985, and the
Court after having considered the same;

DOTH FIND that the location stated on the Referee's Report
and Ruling incorrectly located the longitude of the downstream
terminus as 106 deg. 46'39W. The correction should be that the
longitude of the downstream terminus read 106 deg. 46' 39" W.

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the Referee's Report and
Ruling entered herein on August 30, 1985, be amended to show
that the name of the Natural Stream is South Fork Rio Grande
and that the location is as follows:

minimum stream flow claimed: The natural stream channel from the
outlet of Big Meadows Reservoir at lat. 37 deg. 33'48"N, long.
106 deg. 47'59"W as the upstream terminus and the confluence with.
Pass Creek at lat. 37 deg. 33' 10"N, long. 106 deg. 46' 39"vJ as the
downstream terminus being a distance of approximately 1.5 males.
This segment can be located on the Spar City (15') U.S.G.S.
Quadrangle(s).

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Judgment and Decree shall
enter in accordance with the Referee's Report and Ruling which
entered herein on August 30, 1985, and this Order.
