Waf., c;,,,,, <br /> <br />THE COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD ON BEHALF OF THE PEOPLE <br />OF THE STATE OF COLORADO <br /> <br />IN MINERAL COUNTY <br /> <br />THIS MATTER came to the attention of the Court on this day <br />pursuant to the discovery of a clerical error on the Referee's <br />Report and Ruling entered herein on August 30, 1985, and the <br />Court after having considered the same; <br /> <br />DOTH FIND that the location stated on the Referee's Report <br />and Ruling incorrectly located the longitude of the downstream <br />terminus as 106 deg. 46'39W. The correction should be that the <br />longitude of the downstream terminus read 106 deg. 46' 39" W. <br /> <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the Referee's Report and <br />Ruling entered herein on August 30, 1985, be amended to show <br />that the name of the Natural Stream is South Fork Rio Grande <br />and that the location is as follows: <br /> <br />~Q~~tiQ~: Legal description of beginning and end points of <br />minimum stream flow claimed: The natural stream channel from the <br />outlet of Big Meadows Reservoir at lat. 37 deg. 33'48"N, long. <br />106 deg. 47'59"W as the upstream terminus and the confluence with. <br />Pass Creek at lat. 37 deg. 33' 10"N, long. 106 deg. 46' 39"vJ as the <br />downstream terminus being a distance of approximately 1.5 males. <br />This segment can be located on the Spar City (15') U.S.G.S. <br />Quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Judgment and Decree shall <br />enter in accordance with the Referee's Report and Ruling which <br />entered herein on August 30, 1985, and this Order. <br /> <br />DONE AND SIGNED this 25th day of September, 1985. <br />BY <br /> <br /> <br />urn <br />Water Division 3 <br />
