THIS CAUSE came on regularly for trial before the Court,

and the Court being fully advised in the premises and having

filed herein its Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law and

having directed that Judgment be entered in accordance therewith;

aforesaid;

of water per second of time from May 1 through September 30 or
each year; in place in the stream bed.
