This segment can be located on the Keystone U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). For administrative purposes only, the Division Engineer for Water Division 5 has translated the segment thus described into approximate protracted section, township, and range locations from U.5.G.S. mapping as follows: Upstream terminus in the 5W/4 SE/4 SS T65 R76W 6th P.M., more spe- cifically at a point whence the SW corner of S6 T6S R76 W bears N8S ODE a distance of 8,600 ft. c. (1) Date of initiation of appropriation: March 14, 1986. (2) Date water applied to beneficial use: Water was first applied to beneficial use on March 14, 1986, pursuant to S 37-92-l03(4), C.R.S. (1973). (3) How appropriation was initiated: By applicant's approval of its staff's final recommendations at a regu- larly scheduled meeting, sub~equent to having requested and considered recommendations from the Division of Wildlife, and the Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation. d.
