That the United States of America filed a statement of opposition. That a
stipulation has been reached between the United States and the' applicant herein
and such stipulation is made part of and incorporated into any order entered
in this case.

That the Colorado River Water Conservation District timely filed a statement
of opposition and suvsequently withdrew said opposition.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that applicant shall install and maintain such water
mea.surment devices, recording devices, content gauges and inlet and outlet
measurement ana recoraing 'devices, as --the case may De, as are aeemea essenti.al
by the Office of the State Engineer, and the same shall be installed and
operated in accordance with instructions from said office.
