The name and address of the claimant: <br /> <br />The Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />1313 Sherman st., Room 721 <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br /> <br />2. The name of the structure: <br /> <br />Lone Pine Creek Minimum Flow. <br /> <br />3. The legal description of the structure: <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from the confluence of <br />North Fork Lone Pine and South Fork Lone Pine Creeks in the <br />NE1/4 SE1/4, Section 34, Township 10 North, Range 72 West, 6th <br />P.M. as the upstream terminus and extending to the headgate of <br />the Burnham and Emerson Ditch in the SE1/4 SE1/4, Section 34, <br />Township 10 North, Range 71 West, 6th P.M. as the downstream <br />terminus, being a distance of approximately 8.5 miles. This <br />segment can be located on the Livermore Mountain and Haystack <br />Gulch U.S.G.S. quadrangles. <br /> <br />4. The source of water: <br /> <br />Lone Pine Creek, a tributary of the Cache La <br />poudre River. <br /> <br />5. The date of appropriation: <br /> <br />November 8, 1985 <br /> <br />6. The amount of water: <br /> <br />Instream flow of 3.5 cubic feet per second <br />absolute <br /> <br />7. The use of the water: <br /> <br />To maintain such minimum stream flows as are <br />required to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree pursuant to 37-92-102 and 103, C.R.S. (1973 and 1988 <br />Supp.). No diversions of the water right herein will be made <br />from the natural stream channel. <br />
