Legal description of the stream segment through which an instream flow is <br />claimed. <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from the headwaters at latitude 390 32' 39"N and <br />longitude 107056' 19"W, (NE NE SEC 12, T6S, R95W, 6th P.M.)(250 feet west of <br />the est section line Section 12 and 815 feet south of the north section line Section <br />12) as the upstream tenninus and extending to the confluence of East Fork <br />Parachute Creek at latitude 390 33' 20"N and longitude 107058' 45"W, (SE NE <br />SEC 3, T6S, R95W, 6th P.M.)(l150 feet west of the east section line of Section 3 <br />and 2800 feet south of the north section line of Section 3) as the downstream <br />tenninus, being a distance of approximately 2.3 miles. This segment can be located <br />on the Anvil Points U.S.O.s. quadrangle. <br /> <br />5. Use of the water: <br /> <br />Instream flow to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree. <br /> <br />6. Date of initiation of appropriation: <br /> <br />January 26, 2000. <br /> <br />7. The water was first applied to the above beneficial use on January 26, 2000, by <br />action of the Colorado Water Conservation Board under the provision ofC.R.S. ~~ 37-92-102(3), <br />37-92-103(3), (4), (10). <br /> <br />8. Amount of water claimed (ABSOLUTE): Instream flow of 0.6 c.f.s. (April 15 - <br />June 30); 0.3 c.f.s. (July I - August 31); 0.1 c.f.s.
