The legal description of the structure: <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from headwaters in the vicinity <br />of lat. 39036'27" N, long. 105038'51" W as the upstream <br />terminus and extending to the confluence with the inlet of <br />Chicago Creek Reservoir at lat. 39038'27" N, long. <br />105036'56" W as the downstream terminus, being a distance <br />of approximately 2.4 miles. This segment can be located on <br />the Mt. Evans, Georgetown and Idaho Springs U.S.G.S. quad- <br />rangle(s). <br /> <br />For administrative purposes only, the Division Engineer has <br />translated these legal descriptions of the stream termini into <br />approximate protracted section, township, and range location from <br />U.S.G.S. mapping as follows: upstream terminus in the NW/4 523 <br />T5S R74W 6th P.M., downstream terminus in the SE/4 SE/4 Sl T5S <br />R74W 6th P.M. <br /> <br />3.
