The legal description of the structure: <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from headwaters in the vicinity <br />of lat. 39 deg. 28'20"N, long. 105 deg. 48'45"W as the <br />upstream terminus and extending to the confluence with Bea- <br />ver Creek at lat. 39 deg. 28'12"N, long. 105 deg. 46'32"W <br />as the downstream terminus, being a distance of approxi- <br />mately 2.1 miles. This segment can be located on the Jef- <br />ferson U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />For administrative purposes only, the Division Engineer has <br />translated these legal descriptions of the stream termini into <br />approximate protracted section, township, and range location from <br />U.S.G.S. mapping as follows: Upstream terminus in the NW/4 NW/4 <br />sec. 5 T7S R75W 6th P.M.; downstream terminus in the SE/4 NE/4 <br />sec. 4 T7S R75W 6th P.M. <br /> <br />3.
