terminus and goes underground at lat 39 14134" North,
long 105026,' IS'" West in an unsurveyed area but appears
to be in N~, Section 22, Township 9 South, Range 72 ,
West, ,as the downstream terminus, being a distance \;/
of approximately 5.6 miles.
