The legal description of the structure: <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from headwaters in the vicinity <br />of lat. 39 deg. 29'S2"N, long. IDS deg. 46'S2"W as the <br />upstream terminus and extending to the confluence with the <br />North Fork South Platte River at lat. 39 deg. 28'17"N, <br />long. I_OS deg. 4S'31"W as the downstream terminus, being a <br />distance of approximately 2.3 miles. This segment can be <br />located on the Jefferson d.s.G.s. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />For administrative purposes only, the Division Engineer has <br />translated these legal descriptions of the stream termini into <br />approximate protracted section, township, and range location from <br />U.S.G.S. mapping as follows: Upstream terminus in the NE/4 sec. <br />28 T6S R7SW 6th P.M.; downstream terminus in the SE/4 NE/4 sec. 3 <br />T7S R7SW 6th P.M. <br /> <br />3.
