<br />THIS DEED, made this 27th day of December, 2001, between THE CITY OF FORT
<br />COLLINS, a Municipal Corporation, of the County of Larimer, State of Colorado ("Grantor"), and
<br />the COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD, an agency of the State of Colorado

<br />valuable considet:ation, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, has remised,
<br />released, sold, conveyed, and quit claimed, and by these presents does remise, release, sell, convey,
<br />and quit claim unto Grantee, its successors, and assigns, forever, the following water rights decreed
<br />in the District Collrt in and for the County of Larimer, State of Colorado, in Civil Action No, 11217,
<br />all of which have, an appropriation date of December 31,1888:

<br />from the North Fork of Little Beaver Creek, a tributary ofthe Cache La Poudre River

<br />6, RockWell Ranch Irrigation Ditch No, 6, in the volume of 1.25 cfs., which diverts from
<br />the South Fork of the Cache La Poudre River.

<br />TO HA VB AND TO HOLD the same for use by Grantee for the maintenance of an instream
<br />flow from Grant\:le's sources on Beaver Creek and the South Fork ofthe Cache La Poudre River to
<br />the downstream ~erminus of the existing Wild & Scenic segment of the Cache La Poudre River, at
<br />the North-South line ofthe West Y, ofthe Southwest Y. of Section 1, Township 8 North, Range 71
<br />West of the Sixtli Prime Meridian (Larimer County, Colorado), together with all the estate, right,
<br />title, interest, and: claim whatsoever of Grantor, either in law or equity, in their current condition and
