<br />THIS DEED, made this 27th day of December, 2001, between THE CITY OF FORT
<br />COLLINS, a Municipal Corporation, of the County of Larimer, State of Colorado ("Grantor"), and
<br />the COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD, an agency of the State of Colorado
<br />("Grantee").

<br />That Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum ofTen Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
<br />valuable conside~ation, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, has remised,
<br />released, sold, cohveyed, and quit claimed, and by these presents does remise, release, sell, convey,
<br />and quit claim unto Grantee, its successors, and assigns, forever, the following water rights decreed
<br />in the District Co1lli in and for the County of Larimer, State of Colorado, in Civil Action No. 11217,
<br />all of which have: an appropriation date of December 31,1888:

<br />the North-South line of the West Y, of the Southwest \14 of Section I, Township 8 North, Range 71 '
<br />West of the Sixth Prime Meridian (Larimer County, Colorado), together with all the estate, right,
<br />title, interest, and: claim whatsoever of Grantor, either in law or equity, in their current condition and '
