<br />QUIT CLAIM DEED
<br />
<br />THIS DEED, made this 27th day of December, 2001, between THE CITY OF FORT
<br />COLLINS, a Mt$icipal Corporation, of the County of Larimer, State of Colorado ("Grantor"), and
<br />the COLORAD<l> WATER CONSERVATION BOARD, an agency of the State of Colorado
<br />("Grantee"),
<br />
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />
<br />That Grarltor, for and in consideration of the sum ofTen Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
<br />valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, has remised,
<br />released, sold, conveyed, and quit claimed, and by these presents does remise, release, sell, convey,
<br />and quit claim unto Grantee, its successors, and assigns, forever, the following water rights decreed
<br />in the District CoUrt in and for the County of Larimer, State of Colorado, in Civil Action No. 11217,
<br />all of which have an appropriation date of December 31,1888:

<br />I. Rockwell Ranch Irrigation Ditch No.1, in the volume of .6 cfs., which diverts from
<br />the SoufuFork of the Cache LaPoudre River, a tributary of the Cache LaPoudre River
<br />
<br />2. RockWell Ranch Irrigation Ditch No.2, in the volume of 0.85 cfs., which diverts from
<br />Little Be~ver Creek and the North Fork of Little Beaver Creek, tributaries of the Cache La
<br />Poudre River
<br />
<br />3. RockWell Ranch Irrigation Ditch No.3, in the volume of 1.34 cfs., which diverts from
<br />Little Be~ver Creek and the North Fork of Little Beaver Creek, tributaries of the Cache La
<br />Poudre River
<br />
<br />4. Rockwell Ranch Irrigation Ditch No.4, in the volume of 0.935 cfs., which diverts
<br />from the North Fork of Little Beaver Creek, a tributary ofthe Cache La Poudre River
<br />
<br />5. Rockwell Ranch Irrigation Ditch No.5, in the volume of 0.975 cfs., which diverts
<br />from the North Fork of Little Beaver Creek, a tributary of the Cache La Poudre River
<br />
<br />6. Rockwell Ranch Irrigation Ditch No.6, in the volume of 1.25 cfs., which diverts from
<br />the South Fork ofthe Cache La Poudre River.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same for use by Grantee for the maintenance of an instream
<br />flow from Grant~e's sources on Beaver Creek and the South Fork of the Cache La Poudre River to
<br />the downstream tenninus of the existing Wild & Scenic segment of the Cache La Poudre River, at
<br />the North-South line of the West Yz of the Southwest Yo of Section 1, Township 8 North, Range 71
<br />West of the SixtIl Prime Meridian (Larimer County, Colorado), together with all the estate, right,
<br />title, interest, and claim whatsoever of Grantor, either in law or equity, in their current condition and
