Cfs <br />. . and additional water would be sought for environmenti! and park purposes pursuant to an instream '. <br />flow water right under Colorado law.. The agreement, attached hereto, is intended. to provide <br />sufficient water to protect Park resources while also accommodating the needs of the water user. <br />. co=unity. . <br /> <br />. In light of the attached agreement with the DNR, the United States is filing a motion <br />to amend its application before this court to c1aim300 cfs of water, or natural flow, whichever is less. <br />. In addition, the United States will seek a continuation of the current stay of this litigation for an <br />. additional six months to allow the process for obtaining a water right under Colorado law to proceed. <br />. The stay will also allow the court to decide the motion to amend arid, assuming the amendment is .' <br />granted, to allow the United States to distribute to the objectors a proposed stipulated decree' <br />
