The Board approved the agreement at its January 28, <br />1998 meeting and ratified it at its March 10, 1998 meeting. I apologize for not sending this <br />earlier. <br /> <br />I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for all you did to get this agreement to go <br />through. I appreciate your taking the time to attend our meetings, often with short notices. Your <br />personal courtesy and professional approach helped us better understand stream administration, <br />which in turn helped us move expeditiously toward reaching a consensus.
