The Board approved the agreement at its January 28, 1998 meeting and ratified it at <br />its March 10, 1998 meeting. <br /> <br />I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for all you did to get this donation agreement <br />to go through. Your professional approach and personal courtesy made the negotiation process <br />smooth and enjoyable. Hopefully, Aspen will have other water rights to donate to the Board, <br />providing other opportunities to work together.
