These
issues arR as follows:

a) A storage decree, held by the DOW or a privat.e owner.
is decreed for piscatorial uses (among others).

1) Could water stored under such a decree be rRleased
for instr(~;-un lJDes?

2) Would such a release require a specific point or
place of delivery?

3) Would the CWCB need to be involved in such a
delivery (i.e.. hold the water right or be party to
a lease of (,ha water?)

b) If "piscatorial" in a st.orage decree does not allow for
uses in "inRtrenm" ~an an instream flow use be added to
the other beneficial. llses and what might be the
limitations on such an additional. beneficial use?

c) Can anyone (DOW, private party. water conser.vancy
district) apply for and get a decree for storage and
subsequent release to a sl.rBam for fiRhery purposes?
[i.e..
