I received the info from Arrin Light of Colorado Division of Water Resources (970-879-0272 ext 6013; cell 970-846-2891 ). On Thursday, Sept 2, 2004, we asked for a release of 25 cfs, which was to occur beginning at -4:00 pm. On Friday, Sept 3, 2004, we asked that the release be increased to 50 cfs, which was to occur beginning -4:00 pm. On Tuesday, Sept 7, we asked that the releases cease, which was to occur -2:00 pm.
