Box 25486 <br />Denver Federal Center <br />Denver, CO 80225-0486 <br /> <br />Dear George: <br /> <br />Pursuant to the April 17th, 1996 "Lease and Sublease" agreement between <br />your agency, the Colorado Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation (State <br />Parks) and the Colorado Water Conservation Board, State Parks released 2,000 <br />acre feet this year from Steamboat Lake for the Endangered Fish Recovery <br />Program. The releases were made in the following manner: <br /> <br />. 9/13 (12:00 pm) - 9/20 (12:00 pm) -- 100 cfs (1400 at) <br /> <br />. 9/20 (12:00 pm) - 9/23 (10:00 am) -- 25 cfs (144 at) <br /> <br />. 9/30 (8:00 am) - 10/1 (8:00 am) -- 228 cfs (456 af) <br /> <br />Grand Total -- 2,000 af <br /> <br />As stated in paragraph 2 (page 5) of the Lease and Sublease agreement, an <br />annual payment of $32,000 is to be paid by the Service to State Parks for the <br />delivery of water identified above, Payment can be made to the following: <br /> <br />Colorado Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 618 <br />Denver, CO <br />80203 <br /> <br />If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me at: 303-866- <br />3203; ext 319.
