<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />i{ <br />,~ <br /> <br />Memorandum <br /> <br />Date: October 5, 1998 <br /> <br />To: George Smith - U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service <br /> <br />From: Pr Paul Flack - Colorado State Parks <br />\ <br /> <br />Subject: Termination of releases from Steamboat Springs Reservoir <br /> <br />Today at 8:00 am, Colorado State Parks terminated releases for the U.S. Fish and <br />Wildlife Service (Service) from Steamboat Springs Reservoir. Pursuant to the April 17, <br />1996 "Lease and Sublease" agreement between the Service, Colorado State Parks (Parks) <br />and the Colorado Water Conservation Board, Parks began a run of 40 cfs that ran for 25 <br />days between September 10th and October 5th of this year. A total of2,000-acre feet of <br />water was released, by request of the Service, during this period of time.
