Applicant Information: <br /> <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />1313 Sherman Street, Suite 721 <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br />(303) 866-3441 <br /> <br />The applicant will be referred to in this decree as either <br />applicant or CWCB. <br /> <br />2. The Nature of the Application: On or about August 13, 1992, <br />applicant CWCB filed this application to obtain water court <br />approval to change a conditional water right to instream flow <br />uses. The application was published as required by law, in the <br />water court resume and the appropriate local newspapers. The <br />following information concerns the right to be changed: <br /> <br />A. Name of Structure <br /> <br />Rabbit Gulch Canal (also known as Lamm Canal), from previ- <br />ous decree: <br /> <br />(1. Date Entered: August 11, 1969. Case No. C-S873" <br />Delta County District court. <br /> <br />(2. Point of Diversion: The headgate of the Rabbit <br />Gulch Canal is located at the point of discharge of the outlet <br />works of the Cedar Flats Reservoir (also known as Lamm Reser- <br />voir), which is at a point whence the Northeast Corner of Sec. 7, <br />T1SS, R93W, 6th P.M. bears N71 deg. 36'E 3,769 feet. Rabbit Gulch <br />Canal derives its supply of water from the mainstream of the <br />
