<br />
<br />The Consultant, agents and employees of the Consultant in
<br />performance of this agreement shall act in an independent capacity
<br />and not as officers, employees, or agents of the City.

<br />Local laws, ordinances and codes shall commit no trespass on any
<br />private property in performing any of the work er~braced by this

<br />With the exception of the expected subcontractors, as indicated on

<br />by this Agreement shall be subcontracted without the prior written
<br />consent of the~Cit~. The Consultant shall be fully responsible to
