<br />The Board of County Commissioners further requests the Governor to exercise all
<br />of the powers conferred in his office pursuant to the Colorado Disaster Emergency Act
<br />of 1973, and in particular, pursuant to law, permit the use of private property by
<br />officials of the State of Colorado, by the officials of Alamosa County as a politica
<br />subdivision of the State of Colorado, or by the Federal Disaster Assistants
<br />Administration for the following purposes:
<br />
<br />I. Restoration of access to stricken areas.
<br />
<br />2. Clean-up and removal of flood deposited debris.
<br />
<br />3, Elimination and removal of conditions found to be a public health and safety
<br />hazard.
<br />
<br />5. To take any other action to protect the health, safety and welfare of the
<br />people and property of this County.
<br />
<br />The above Resolution passed unanimously by the Board of County Commissioners,
<br />this 18th day of May, 1987.
