<br />I <br />I <br />I <br />:1 <br />,I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />. <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />4.4 Final Drainage Report (FDR) <br /> <br />The purpose of the Final Drainage Report (FDR) is to update the concepts and to <br />present the design details for the drainage facilities presented in the PDR. <br />Also, any change to the preliminary design concepts which incorporate review <br />comments by the City/County must be presented. <br /> <br />a. Report Contents <br /> <br />The FDR shall contain all components of the PDR plus additional necessary <br />information relating to design of specific facilities associated with the <br />development. Such additional information shall include the following: <br /> <br />(1) Drainage Facility Design <br /> <br />(a) General Concept <br /> <br />1. Discussion of proposed drainage patterns. <br /> <br />2. Discussion of <br />cons iderat ions. <br /> <br />compl i ance <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />offsite <br /> <br />runoff <br /> <br />3. Discussion of the content of tables, charts, figures, <br />plates, or drawings presented in the report. <br /> <br />(b) Specific Details <br /> <br />1. Discussion of detention storage and outlet design when <br />appl icable. <br /> <br />2. Presentation of an accurate, complete, current estimate of <br />cost of proposed facilities. <br /> <br />3. Presentation of basin fees and bridge fees for the property <br />in question, whenever applicable. <br /> <br />(2) Drawing Contents <br /> <br />(a) General Location Map: See section pertaining to PDR. <br /> <br />(b) Drainage Plan: Map(s) of the proposed development at a scale of <br />1" = 20' to 1" = 200' shall be included. The plan shall show <br />the following: <br /> <br />1. Existing and proposed contours at 2 feet maximum intervals. <br />For subdivisions involving rural lots greater than 1.0 <br />acre, the maximum contour interval shall be 5 feet. In <br />terrain \\here the slope exceeds 15%, the maximum interval <br />is 10 feet. <br /> <br />4-8 <br />
