4.4 Final Drainage Report (FDR)

The purpose of the Final Drainage Report (FDR) is to update the concepts and to
present the design details for the drainage facilities presented in the PDR.
Also, any change to the preliminary design concepts which incorporate review
comments by the City/County must be presented.

a. Report Contents

The FDR shall contain all components of the PDR plus additional necessary
information relating to design of specific facilities associated with the
development. Such additional information shall include the following:

(1) Drainage Facility Design

(a) General Concept

1. Discussion of proposed drainage patterns.

2. Discussion of

3. Discussion of the content of tables, charts, figures,
plates, or drawings presented in the report.

(b) Specific Details

1. Discussion of detention storage and outlet design when
appl icable.

2. Presentation of an accurate, complete, current estimate of
cost of proposed facilities.

3. Presentation of basin fees and bridge fees for the property
in question, whenever applicable.

(2) Drawing Contents

(a) General Location Map: See section pertaining to PDR.

(b) Drainage Plan: Map(s) of the proposed development at a scale of
1" = 20' to 1" = 200' shall be included. The plan shall show
the following:

1. Existing and proposed contours at 2 feet maximum intervals.
For subdivisions involving rural lots greater than 1.0
acre, the maximum contour interval shall be 5 feet. In
terrain \\here the slope exceeds 15%, the maximum interval
is 10 feet.
