WHEREAS, said new report for the Town of Parker, revised July 4, 1989, is generally
consistent with the floodplain information reports designated and by Resolutions Nos. 96-428 and 96-
429 but, due to an inadvertent omission in Resolutions Nos. 96-428 and 96-429, is inconsistent with
the language within those Resolutions regarding the reach of Sulphur Gulch listed in Table 5 below:

Table 6 below, based on revised hydraulic information published as part of the undesignated floodplain
report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, Town of Parker, Colorado, Douglas County", revised March
2, 1993 and as part of the undesignated floodplain report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, Douglas
County, Colorado, Unincorporated Areas", revised March 15, 1993:
